Renewal by Andersen - Middletown, OH

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time, year-round opportunity to join Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the country.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction

Adjust the installation schedule based on customer, changes, weather, and any other contributing factors

Complete jobs in the system to ensure installation crews are compensated for completed work in a timely manner

Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs

Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards

Lead your employees to outstanding performance through consistent coaching and feedback

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and vehicle capable of transporting materials

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Residential Construction and Project Management

Window and door installation experience preferred

Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component

Good computer skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport

Creating a sense of urgency with field crews

Excel at delivering for customers

Ability to exist and excel in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle one-off situations quickly and competently

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary plus bonus incentive with current Project Managers earning an average of $106,000 or more annually

Vehicle Stipend of $1,000/month

401K plan w/ company match
