Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Assembly Worker)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO - 4833 Centennial Blvd

Employment Type: Contingent (Contract), Full Time

Start Date: January 19, 2026

Duration: 12 Months

Shift: First Shift

Hours: 40 per week

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Overtime: Eligible after 40 hours/week

Job Summary

Join our production and industrial team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler! You'll be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical parts in a manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble electro-mechanical components following engineering drawings and work instructions.

Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

Inspect and test completed units for quality and functionality.

Support order processing and production requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Prior experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and diagrams.

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Additional Information

No DEA background check required.

Timesheet integration not required; standard reporting applies.

This is a contingent hourly position through Kelly Services.
