Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Project Manager, Supply Chain based in Minnetonka, MN.
The Project Manager role ensures project management excellence for all Supply Chain commercialization activities to enable business growth and cash flow targets.
This role is Minneapolis, MN based, and relocation is available.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
Project Governance and Leadership:
Lead project governance processes, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adherence to standard frameworks (e.g., Launch-to-Win, Gate process).
Coach cross-functional teams on successful initiative launches and commercialization best practices
Planning & Execution
Develop, own, and manage project timelines, success criteria, and key milestones, considering intersections and dependencies.
Coordinate and maintain action lists, follow up with teams, and hold members accountable for timely task completion.
Ensure successful launch of new products, innovation, reformulations, and cost savings initiatives meet commercialization goals (service, cost, volume, quality).
Risk & Issue Management
Identify, evaluate, and escalate issues, risks, and opportunities; drive resolution and communicate impacts.
Champion proactive risk management and develop mitigation strategies.
Communication & Reporting
Lead communication on all project matters, clarifying scope, timelines, issues, risks, and decisions required.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to provide visibility on status, timing, and critical decisions.
Provide transparency and alignment across the organization on project timelines and resource requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Challenge stakeholders to collectively and efficiently manage project delivery.
Lead cross-functional Operations & Technology (O&T) teams to ensure successful commercialization.
Ensure CPW (Critical Path Worksheet) is created and incorporates key supply chain milestones and requirements.
Financial & Resource Oversight
Create visibility to TSU (Test & Start-Up) budget and spending.
Support resource planning and prioritization across initiatives.
Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing or CPG environments.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Leadership & Collaboration
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence across functions and business strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Communication & Problem-Solving
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to synthesize complex information and make decisive, results-oriented decisions.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; able to create flexible strategies and adapt quickly.
Personal Attributes
Self-motivated, independent thinker with a bias toward action.
Commitment to execution and delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience in product commercialization within the CPG industry.
Knowledge of regulatory submission processes in product development.
3+ years of experience in MWY and/or dairy industry with understanding of key players, decision-making criteria, and sales processes.
5+ years of project management experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams for complex initiatives.

Salary Description
$90,000-$125,000 annually
