If you are professional and highly skilled, there is an opening for an Executive Assistant that might be the perfect job for you! This Executive Assistant position is for someone who can maintain various administrative duties for executive management. Are you looking for a short-term contract position. This position is based in the Vienna; Virginia and you will work onsite Monday to Friday.

Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations

Arrange travel and meeting arrangements

Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments are organized efficiently.

Setting up presentations

Put together reports and financial data

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership

Requirements

4+ years of administrative experience.

Prior calendar management skills

Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued

Proficiency using MS office suite

Prior experience coordinating travel arrangements

Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
