Your New Role..
Manager, Integrated Marketing works closely with the Directors and SVP/VPs, Integrated Marketing on the day-to-day management of cross-divisional activities on major tentpole / franchise project films in keeping with the strategy for the overall film marketing campaign and in accord with filmmaker interests.
The Manager will be responsible for studio-wide asset management across the titles they are assigned to ensure materials are effectively distributed to studio divisions in a secure and trackable manner. The Manager will be responsible for the review and feedback on cross-divisional and partner material submissions as assigned by the Director or SVP/VP. The Manager will also serve as point-of-contact on select additional non-tentpole films as dictated by cross-divisional business needs, managing key stakeholders while ensuring alignment with the overall Theatrical Marketing strategy.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Develops asset distribution plans and processes on a per project basis tailored to filmmaker/stakeholder sensitivities and in accord with WB Anti-Piracy guidelines and communicates/enforces that plan to studio divisions, alongside Directors. Defines process, oversees management and delivery of received film assets to all approved and relevant parties
Partners with the Theatrical Photo and Marketing Services departments to develop and implement plans to supply access to theatrical marketing materials to other divisions/stakeholders as available and needed
Manages the development, implementation and follow-up on any additional general marketing needs, including creating supplementary marketing documentation (reports, timelines, project overviews/status documents, etc.) as assigned by Directors and SVP/VPs
Working with Directors and SVP/VPs, reviews, tracks and responds to divisional and partner creative submissions, such as marketing materials, style guide, publishing layouts, video game concepts, etc. to ensure that they are in line with film strategy and represent the film accurately and according to filmmaker/creative stakeholder expectations
Where applicable, collaborates with the on-set Production Liaison to ensure asset flow and management as well as filmmaker approvals are done in a secure and timely manner
Coordinates cross-divisional meetings; evaluates and responds to divisional requests ensuring consistency with agreed-to project strategy and filmmaker/creative stakeholder interests alongside Director and SVP/VP on all assigned films
Qualifications and Experience ...
Minimum 5-7 years experience in the field of marketing, publicity, promotions, consumer products or advertising required
Previous experience with developing and executing marketing plans required. Previous experience with client management strongly preferred
Some familiarity and experience with manufacturing/merchandising is preferred
BA/BS degree required. Emphasis in Business/Marketing is strongly preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully, both oral and written
Must be knowledgeable about promotional tie-ins and licensing organizations/business. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with PowerPoint and other design software (Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) is highly preferred
Some familiarity with the event project, where appropriate, is highly preferred

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $63,176.00 - $117,327.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
