Marketing Associate I

Description We are looking for a Marketing Associate I to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth coordination with partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to execute tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain partner engagement materials, including marketing collateral, websites, and meeting agendas.

Coordinate and manage logistics for team participation in trade shows and conferences.

Collaborate with Corporate Communications to oversee the creation and distribution of publicly released materials.

Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales and Product teams to support partner engagements.

Ensure that all marketing collateral is developed and managed efficiently, working closely with external creative agencies.

Organize and lead meetings with partners, ensuring all agenda items are addressed.

Oversee quality assurance for marketing materials to align with brand and project standards.

Support team coordination efforts to streamline tasks and optimize project outcomes.

Handle website updates and ensure content is accurate and engaging. Requirements - 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Proven ability to manage the development of marketing collateral through external creative agencies.

Strong communication skills to independently engage with partners and third-party vendors.

Experience coordinating logistics for events, such as trade shows and conferences.

Familiarity with corporate communications and marketing strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Product teams to support engagement efforts.

Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Innovation starts with people.®
