About the Role:
Are you looking to develop your Data Science career?
As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with other data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on AI and machine learning model development. You'll analyze extensive datasets and conduct experimentations to support product development.

Hybrid Position, Eastern Time Zone - Raleigh, NC
Responsibilities:
Working closely with other data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
Contributing to the development of advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform AI development.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Evaluating and creating new frameworks and defining methodologies and governance.
Working with product leaders to apply data science solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree plus 3+ years of work-related experience OR PhD with 2+ years of work-related experience.
Have experience working directly with large language models and transformer-based architectures including BERT, RoBERTa, T5 etc.
Proficient working with big data technologies and tools like Databricks and AWS.
Have experience and knowledge of applying LLMs including from OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.
Be a natural problem solver and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate proficient experience with machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, gradient boosting, and random forests.
Possess programming skills in Python or other relevant languages for AI.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
