Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Location: Orrville, OH (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Direct Hire

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 + Bonus

Job Description:

A growing third-party logistics organization is seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join their team. This company is family-owned, people-focused, and known for its award-winning workplace culture. Their teams use industry-leading proprietary software to support customers across diverse industries and deliver exceptional supply chain solutions every day.

What You'll Do:

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

Monitor and track budget performance and highlight significant variances

Review AP/AR transactions and address inquiries

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and analysis

Qualifications:

3+ years of corporate accounting experience

Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting principles

Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances or trends

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
