Job Description:**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Advisor located in Massillon, OH, with some work from home acceptable. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products, generating new business leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be responsible for guiding customers through the insurance application process, addressing customer questions and concerns, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless insurance sales experience.

Qualifications: Employer will accept Trainees and will pay for certification!

Experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage

Strong knowledge of Property, Casualty, Life, Health Insurance

Excellent Customer Service skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using insurance-related software and tools

Valid insurance license is preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Required to use your own car
