Concrete Construction Laborer. Site Preparation: Digging trenches, checking grades with levels or string lines, and preparing the sub-grade for concrete placement. Formwork: Aligning and setting up forms (e.g., wooden or metal structures) for curbs, gutters, and sidewalks to guide the shape of the concrete. Concrete Placement: Mixing concrete ingredients (if applicable), guiding the pouring of concrete from trucks into the forms, and using shovels and other tools to spread and level the freshly poured material. Assisting Finishers: Performing preparatory work to assure a clean work area for cement masons and or concrete finishers. Site Cleanup: Sweeping debris, removing form boards and stakes, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining various hand tools and small power equipment, such as pneumatic jackhammers, cut-off saws. Requirements: 12 months of work experience as a construction laborer or similar. Physical Stamina: The ability to perform continuous, physically demanding tasks and work for long periods. Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety standards and practices on the job site. Teamwork: Ability to work closely and effectively with other construction professionals. The employer does not test, and will rely on applicants' assertions that they meet this requirement.

Denver, CO. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. 5 days/wk, 50 hrs/wk, Monday -- Friday, sometimes on Saturdays. Typical work schedule will be 7:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. on weekdays, with two hours of break time and some variation based on how jobs are scheduled. Need 10 temporary and full-time Concrete Construction Laborer. 04/01/2026--- 11/30/2026. $23.57/hr. $35.36 overtime. Workers will be provided on-the-job training. Dins Inc. will provide transportation for the workers to get to the jobsites. DINS Inc. has a 5-bedroom house for the workers to rent ($600/month). County worksites: Denver, Jefferson, Douglas, Arapahoe, Adams, Broomfield, Weld, Boulder, Larimer, El Paso, Elbert. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers paid weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law; no other deductions will be taken by the employer. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker original departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
