Traveling Construction Laborer

Location: Colorado (Must be local to Denver or Northern Colorado)

Travel Region: Colorado + surrounding Western U.S.

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Per Diem: $155/day (for jobs 75+ miles from Henderson, CO yard)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 8-12 hr shifts | 40-70 hrs/week

Work Environment: 100% outdoors (mud, cold, heat)

Job Summary

We're seeking a Traveling Construction Laborer to join our field crew. You'll travel to job sites throughout the Western U.S. to help build concrete foundations, walls, slabs, and reinforced caisson structures.

Key Responsibilities

Lift and move forms, steel beams, rings, and lumber

Build and reinforce steel cages for caissons, pads, piers, and flatwork

Strip forms and assist with job site cleanup

Help with concrete pouring and patching

Support crew members with various labor tasks as needed

Requirements

1+ year experience in landscaping, demolition, concrete, dirt work, general labor, or farm work

Ability to travel for up to 4 months at a time

Able to lift and carry heavy materials for 10+ hour days

Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions

Reliable transportation + clean MVR

Must be Denver/Northern Colorado local

Preferred:

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
