As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Maxton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing visible support to employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a strong presence, and deliver excellent customer service, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any irregularities.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters or incidents as needed.

Document and report observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or other procedures as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
