Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity

As part of the Deals Strategy team you are expected to advise Private Equity investors in SaaS & software businesses. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for driving impact in technology strategy, DevSecOp, software architecture, and development in the @context of Deals.

Responsibilities

Advise Private Equity investors in SaaS and software businesses

Lead teams and manage client accounts

Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff

Drive impact in technology strategy and DevSecOp

Oversee software architecture and development

Conduct software and technology due diligence

Plan post-deal growth initiatives

Lead transformational initiatives to improve scalability and growth

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering

5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master of Business Administration preferred

Broad experience in technology deals and leadership

Proven record in operational due diligence

Proficiency in mergers, integrations, and divestitures

Strategic planning and business review experience

Building and maintaining strategic client relationships

Managing complex projects and trusted advisor roles

Coaching and guiding staff

Synthesizing issues for leadership team

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
