Agricultural equipment operators are needed to operate and maintain vehicles and farm machinery including forklifts, tractors, mowers, tillage equipment, and other farm machinery to prepare soil, transport and apply manure, maintain, harvest, and haul crops including alfalfa, corn, and other forage; load and unload crops or manure; remove rocks, trees, and roots from fields; maintain buildings and grounds; and set up, operate and maintain irrigation systems. The work will be done in Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Saginaw, Midland and Isabella County, MI.

Work schedule is generally 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.

Workers will be paid a minimum of $17.47 per hour. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the business.
