Robert Half is partnering with a healthcare agency in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Contracts Coordinator who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension.

Location: Remote - must be located in WA or OR

Pay Rate: $22-24 per hour

Duration: 3+ months

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Creating and managing member and employer contract documents across various product @types.

Conduct thorough reviews of incoming requests to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of issued documents.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company guidelines in all completed contracts.

Facilitate the secure posting of contract documents to company portals for assigned groups.

Requirements

1+ YOE in healthcare and contracts coordination

Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex information accurately

Ironclad experience a HUGE PLUS!!

The salary range for this position is $22-24/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
