position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any
Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The
contributions you will make: This position drives the development and
execution of integrated marketing activities along with the marketing
operations function to meet strategic objectives and sales goals. Leads
the communication for retail marketing strategy, vision and value
proposition. Drives strategy, sets priorities, expands capabilities and
measures performance for a high-performing team responsible for market
planning, content and brand management, process and scoring, marketing
automation, technology and events. Manages the marketing operations
function responsible for campaign execution and analytics. Directly
engages in and has responsibility for all segments of an agile and
responsive marketing team that assists in bringing products to market
quickly, increasing sales conversions and partners with the events team
