Job Description

As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be assigned a product along with specific build quantity goals on a daily basis. Your workstation will be equipped with all necessary parts and tools, and you will access prints and drawings via a computer to guide your tasks. You will perform both mechanical and electrical assembly at your bench station, which involves working with screws, bolts, framing, housings, wires, and connections. Quality inspection instruments will be utilized to ensure build tolerances are met.

Responsibilities

Achieve daily product and build quantity goals.

Access and follow prints and drawings on a computer.

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly using provided tools.

Inspect builds with quality instruments to ensure tolerance levels.

Essential Skills

3-5 years of technical assembly experience with full electromechanical builds.

3-5 years of experience reading assembly drawings and prints.

3-5 years of experience using hand and power tools, including impact drivers, manual and electric screwdrivers, and T-Handle Allen wrenches.

3-5 years of experience reading metric and standard tape measures.

3-5 years of experience using calipers and micrometers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with height gauges, thread gauges, or similar quality instruments.

Experience with .03 micron tolerance.

Work Environment

Work in a clean room, climate-controlled environment, building complex electro-mechanical assemblies for military and medical applications. Join a team of 14-16 members with shifts available: 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday) and 2nd shift (2:30PM-1:00AM, Monday-Thursday), with optional overtime. The dress code includes closed toe shoes, jeans, and T-shirts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.85/hr.
