As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain highly visible, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within financial institution locations.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Assist employees, visitors, and/or customers with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when appropriate in accordance with site-specific protocols.

Complete required documentation and reports related to security-related incidents and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
