As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and protect people and assets within a financial institution location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor for unusual, suspicious, or prohibited activities within the location and report findings according to established protocols.

Interact with visitors, staff, and contractors in a courteous manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.

Maintain awareness of site-specific security-related requirements and adhere to all Allied Universal and client policies.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and patrol activities.

Remain alert and prepared to respond to situations requiring armed intervention, following all applicable laws and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

An Armed Guard Card or License is required.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
