As a Security Officer - Manufacturing EMT in Three Rivers, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position allows you to contribute to a caring, people-first culture while working as part of the agile and reliable Allied Universal team.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage observed during patrols.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide guidance related to security-related matters.

Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

EMT certification is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
