Alcon Media LLC is an FM radio and digital content company focused on cultural, educational, and informational development. We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive for FM Radio with a strong focus on advertising campaigns and digital marketing. This role will be responsible for selling advertising space, creating promotions, managing a professional client portfolio, and maintaining direct coordination with the Radio Manager to schedule and execute client campaigns.

This position is critical to driving revenue growth and building long-term commercial relationships with advertisers.

Responsibilities

Sell advertising space for FM Radio and digital marketing packages.

Create, propose, and execute promotional campaigns tailored to client objectives.

Manage and develop a professional client portfolio, ensuring long-term business relationships.

Maintain constant communication with the Radio Manager to coordinate:

Commercial programming

Advertising schedules

Special campaigns and promotional actions

Prospect new clients and develop strategic partnerships with brands and businesses.

Analyze sales and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare periodic sales performance reports and revenue forecasts.

Track clients and campaigns using CRM tools.

Identify market trends in radio advertising and digital marketing to propose new commercial strategies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in selling advertising space (radio, media, digital, TV, or related industries).

If no direct media experience, proven experience in selling non-tangible services (advertising, marketing, services, insurance, telecommunications, etc.) will be considered.

Background in sales, customer service, or related commercial roles.

Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Organized and disciplined approach to client portfolio management.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to manage both traditional (FM Radio) and digital marketing campaigns.
