As a Security Officer - Access Control and Patrol Driver in Annville , PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a steel manufacturing-focused location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves engaging with the public, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining communication throughout your shift. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. Pay Rate: $19 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including support during emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order and security-related protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing site and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts regarding incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs observed during patrols.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.
