As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Routes in Dalton, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $11.79 / Hour

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior of buildings and the perimeter of the property.

Observe for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to established protocols.

Assist in controlling access to the location by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Work collaboratively with site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Follow all company and client protocols to support a secure and orderly environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
