DPS Hospitality, LLC is hiring 45 Restaurant/Kitchen Staff to work at 40060Paws Up Rd., Greenough, MT and in Missoula County from April 1, 2026until November 20, 2026. The workers will be expected to work a normalvariety of restaurant work duties. Given the size of the restaurant and itsoperation, this is a singular, hybrid position that will various restaurantduties. This will include dishwashing, cleaning the kitchen, dishes, utensils,cooking area, etc. It will also include sorting and putting away dishes andutensils and other cooking equipment. Workers will also act at restaurantservers, runners, and table cleaners. Work will either be in a restaurantsetting or may be in an outdoor environment; setting up food and beveragestations for events.Workers are responsible maintaining a professional level of cleanliness thatadheres to all applicable guidelines and regulations.Workers can expect an up-tempo work environment during peak operatinghours, to include prolonged periods walking or standing.The Workers must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 60 pounds at a timeand bend, stoop, and wipe frequently. Working conditions may be hot anddamp, as is natural in a kitchen setting, and workers must be able to fullysubmerse their hands in hot water as necessary to clean items.The workers must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidaysas needed. Worker will be provided the necessary tools and equipment toperform the work needed. WORKERS WILL GENERALLY WORK FROMEITHER7:00AM - 3:30PM9:00AM - 5:30PMOR 2:00 - 10:30PM. DAYS/SHIFTS WILL VARY, BUT WORKERS CANEXPECT BETWEEN 35 AND 40 HOURS PER WEEK. OVERTIME MAYBE OFFERED IN ADDITION TOSCHEDULE/HOURS NOTED.1 WEEK OF SAFETY AND SANITATION TRAINING IS STANDARD, NOT1 FULL MONTH. Regular time will be compensated at $14.19 per hour andOvertime will be compensated at $21.29 when applicable. Employee willbe paid at least once every 2 weeks but more likely every week. Employerwill make deductions that are required by law; Employer will makedeductions that are required by law; Employer will also offer dailytransportation, and if the employees choose this, they will be charged areasonable fee that will be deducted if requested by the employees.Employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages.Employer will reimburse H-2B worker in the first week for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other fees as required by law. If workertravels from abroad, travel expenses will be reimbursed. If the workercompletes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse theworker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment tothe place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where theworker is dismissed, if earlier, employer will provide or pay for workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or tothe place the worker originally departed to work, except where the workerwill not return due to a subsequent employment with another employer.The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal tothe most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distancesinvolved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per dayduring travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
