Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic team? Robert Half is seeking an Administrative Assistant to ensure efficient daily office operations and provide high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested

Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Provide support for special projects and events

Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
