As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Team in New Bern, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing visible support throughout the facility. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and embody our values of teamwork, integrity, and people-first care in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any unusual conditions.

Document and report security-related observations, incidents, and/or hazards encountered during patrols.

Communicate with site personnel and visitors to provide assistance and uphold site-specific protocols.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related needs specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
