the primary financial partner to the Plant Manager and leadership team,
playing a critical role in guiding manufacturing performance, improving
processes, and supporting profitable growth. This is a highly visible
role for a finance professional who enjoys being hands-on in a
manufacturing environment and making a real impact. What You\'ll Do Act
as a trusted business partner to site leadership, providing clear
financial insights and recommendations Lead forecasting, budgeting, and
