As a Global Security Operations Center officer in Racine, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will provide outstanding customer service and communication to guests and staff, supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

A Valid Driver's License is required

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related concerns or incidents.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.

Assist visitors and employees with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
