SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for managing regional wide Regulatory Performance Improvement programs that monitor compliance to federal and state mandates, CMS, and accreditation bodies governing the operation of the hospitals and the delivery of patient care services. Provides onsite direction during accreditation visits and facilitates follow-up for corrective actions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree required.

Three (3) years of clinical experience.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) within three (3) years of hire or transfer to role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Master's degree
