As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter loss, theft, or other unwanted activity within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols, maintaining clear and accurate records.

Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or concerns.

Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt patrol routines as needed to address specific site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
