Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of production employees on 3rd shift at our Kent, WA facility. You will drive process improvements, ensure production goals are met, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will create an engaged, team-oriented workforce to deliver strong business results.

Your Impact

Monitor production to maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards.

Train and coach employees to ensure effective performance of job responsibilities.

Support sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food-safe environment.

Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.

Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.

Promote and maintain safety programs, including lock-out/tag-out, PPE, and confined space entry.

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and process issues.

Ensure resources such as materials, equipment, and staffing are available to meet schedules.

Your Experience

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields preferred.

2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or food-processing environment preferred.

SAP experience is a plus.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GMPs, and plant safety standards.

Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Willingness to work weekends and shift schedules with a strong work ethic.

Self-motivated and able to multi-task while leading others.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
