Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a mid-level Technician to join our satellite assembly, integration, and test team. At SDL, we take pride in and highly value our employees. Key Responsibilities:

Performs mechanical integration and test activities

Interfaces with other disciplines (QA, machine shop, contamination control, etc.) to deliver spaceflight hardware on schedule

Occasional evening and weekend shifts when required by testing

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to see projects through from start to finish

Self-motivated, dependable, and detail oriented

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to identify and work through problems that may arise

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work with other team members for completion of required tasks

Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance

Desired Experience:

Applicable higher education or technical training

Assembly and test of small, intricate mechanical assemblies

Ability to support electrical integration and test activities as needed

Experience working in a cleanroom or with minimizing contamination during assembly

Experience with environmental testing including TVAC and vibration testing

Implementation of quality processes

*Salary Range

$38,500 - $69,500

Salary commensurate based on education and relevant experience
