Develop and execute strategic enablement plans (SEPs) that drive measurable field behavior change and support key business outcomes.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify knowledge, skill, and process gaps, translating insights into enablement actions that drive measurable behavior change.
Drive structured change management, influencing senior leaders and ensuring successful adoption of new tools, processes, and GTM motions.
Create modular, scalable enablement assets, including training content, guides, tool enablement materials, and field-ready resources.
Build trust-based relationships with field teams and partners to ensure programs align to real business needs.
Measure and report on enablement effectiveness, connecting learning outcomes to business KPIs such as adoption, productivity, and performance.
