Reports To: Production Administrative Supervisor

Location: San Jose, California/Remote

Salary Range: $24.00/hour to $30.00/hour

THE PRODUCTION TEAM

The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric's Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, maintaining tight control over project execution from start to finish. We take pride in developing and deploying the best Field Managers in the industry, leaders who drive performance, uphold standards, and deliver successful project outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

General administrative tasks including copying, faxing, scanning, data entry, etc.

Hard copy and soft copy file creation and maintenance, including archiving, auditing and purging

Special projects as needed

Support to the Production Administrative Supervisor and administrative staff

ABOUT YOU

Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy

High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and good time management

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential data with integrity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 0-1 years of experience.
