Kelly® is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in Sterling, VA. Sound good?

$27 - $30 per hour

7a- 3:30pm

*Must have 2 to 3 years' experience

Responsibilities:

Serving as a liaison to customers for service, product inquiries, and problem resolution.

Managing a high volume of tickets efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Working hand in hand with the designated team member, supporting their needs and operations.

Requirements:

Have a strong background in customer service, preferably with experience in a pharmacy setting.

Are detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and technicians.
