Team Lead/Retail Service Associate $17.75/hour.

Hours will vary week to week, and you must be willing to work weekends. Store is open Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturday-7:30am-5:00pm & Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm

A well-established scrap yard in Spencer, IA is in need of a Team Lead/Sales Associate. Candidate must be responsible and experience leading a team in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling opening and closing duties

Comfortable with computers

Customer Service

Process customer transactions

Make sure store is organized and clean

Complete daily tasks as assigned by the Manager

Learn basic knowledge of company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Team Lead in a retail environment

Bilingual encouraged to apply

Comfortable working with/around vehicles and car parts

Computer experience

Have a good driving record and valid/current driver's license

Be able to work weekends

Heavy lifting of 75lbs or more required

Benefits & Pay:

$17.75/hour
