Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

Design and model parts and create new drawings from these designs.

Develop new process plans and ensure their compliance with engineering drawings.

Create routings and process drawings to determine fixture and tooling requirements.

Release process drawings and routings to manufacturing.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in CAD (2D and 3D) modeling and drafting, with a preference for Creo.

Experience in machining and operating CNC equipment.

Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Machesney Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
