Description

A leading real estate is hiring for part time (20 hours a week) Administrative Assistant with prior real estate office experience to support the Asset Management team onsite in El Segundo. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment and supporting multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team

Assist with lease and property documentation, filings, and record maintenance

Organize and update asset files, contracts, and internal databases

Coordinate correspondence with property owners, vendors, and internal teams

Track deadlines, renewals, and key dates related to real estate assets

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for asset managers

Handle data entry related to leases, payments, and property information

Support invoice processing and basic document review

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Assist with general office duties as needed

Requirements

Previous experience working in a real estate office (required)

Administrative experience supporting asset management, property management, or real estate teams preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and onsite
