Description We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in sourcing products, identifying suppliers, and ensuring procurement processes run smoothly. Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers to source products and meet organizational needs.

Conduct thorough research to ensure suppliers align with quality and cost requirements.

Manage procurement activities effectively while adhering to company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to support sourcing strategies and procurement goals.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Utilize Excel to analyze data and generate procurement reports.

Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and negotiate terms.

Ensure procurement activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.

Adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks appropriately. Requirements - Proven experience in corporate procurement, sourcing, or buying processes.

Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage data effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of contract negotiations and supplier management.

Experience with procurement software is a plus.

A commitment to ensuring high-quality standards in sourcing and purchasing.
