JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Assistant will provide a wide variety
of high-level administrative duties in support of the Innovation
department, the SVP - Innovation and the VP- New Platform Development in
an efficient and collaborative manner. Work performed can include a
broad range of complex responsibilities involving confidential or
technical information. Work is generally conducted with moderate
supervision and the highest level of confidentiality is required. Your

support to the SVP -Innovation, VP - NPD, the NPD Management Team, and
provides support to the R&D team as appropriate. Examples of work
performed include a broad range of complex responsibilities involving

exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
Other duties may be assigned. Handle company information and/or projects
of highly sensitive subject matters with the utmost level of

final document editing, tracks agendas for various meetings including
Technical Advisory Board (TAB), Strategic Areas of Interest (SAI), CEO
Product Cuttings, NPD Pipeline Review, Innovation Alignment Meeting and
