Position Description The Manufacturing Supply Chain Director for the Americas Region is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing a multi-site materials, planning, and logistics strategy that supports Modine\'s data center cooling solutions. This role oversees MP&L operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring supply chain resilience, scalability, and alignment with corporate objectives. The Manufacturing Supply Chain Director will lead regional teams to optimize material flow, production planning, inventory management, and logistics, while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence. This position collaborates closely with engineering, operations, procurement, and quality teams to enable seamless product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a regional MP&L strategy across multiple sites, aligned with global supply chain objectives. Lead multi-site materials management, production planning, and logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. Establish and maintain enterprise-level inventory control systems and material flow processes. Collaborate with engineering and operations to support new product introductions (NPI) and capacity planning. Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, logistics optimization, and lean methodologies. Implement advanced planning systems and digital tools for demand forecasting and supply chain visibility.
