Job Description

Responsible for providing support services to relieve Personal Trust administration of cash related activities. Activities include cash disbursements, receipts, reversals, stale dated check support and may include check printing. Reviews and approves others' work. May also include facilitation of wire callback requests and estimated tax payments. May collect and interpret data to produce reports; conduct special projects; and compose correspondence and other documentation as needed.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Three to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

Good verbal and written communication and grammatical skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

Trust-related experience preferred

This role is expected to be onsite 5 (five) days a week at our West Side Flats, MN office.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
