Land Rover Mission ViejoMainline Service Technician

Land Rover Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service team. We are a customer-focused dealership committed to quality workmanship, advanced technology, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles.

Accurately complete repair orders and warranty documentation

Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures.

Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Mainline or Journeyman Technician (Land Rover experience preferred)

Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The flat rate range for this position is $17.00 - $59.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
