Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Day Center
team based in Mashpee, MA. In this role you will support The Day Center
by providing intermediate level office support. You will partner with
staff to create a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere. We are
looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with
a positive attitude to join our team! What You\'ll Do as an
Administrative Assistant: Complete all typing, editing, and duplication
for service?s staff as requested Input consumer, family and employer
data in agency databases. Develop and maintain central file of all
consumer Emergency Fact Sheets. Be telephone and visitor receptionist
Process mail and packages Perform basic bookkeeping, including billing,
purchase orders and petty cash Maintain complete office filing system
and administrative records What You\'ll Need as a Administrative
Assistant: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Associate?s degree in office or business field and knowledge of
bookkeeping functions preferred 6 months-1 year experience in
fundamental business functions Valid driver\'s license and satisfactory
driving record Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Operating Systems Familiarity with hosted and web services and mobile
technologies Proven organization and flexibility Who You Are as an
