Customer Success Account Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer success sector, is seeking a CSAM to join their team. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be supporting initiatives focused on service management, customer health programs, cloud and AI innovation, and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote (preferably EST hours)

18 Month Contract

Pay Range: $35

What's the Job?

Manage and support reactive accountability priorities and community calls

Create and maintain content, follow up on action items

Collaborate with stakeholders across various solution areas

Analyze trends and identify productivity improvements

Support customer engagement initiatives proactively and reactively

What's Needed?

At least 2 years of program management experience

Bachelor's degree required; certifications like PMP/PMI preferred

Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Skilled in creating clear documentation and impactful presentation decks

Strong organizational and communication skills
