A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Finance Associate

Position Type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Salt Lake City, UT(Onsite: 5 Days onsite/week)

As a Finance Associate, you will: Job Description: An analyst within Cleared Collateral Management will primarily be focused on building operational workflows for collateral management on clearing houses. Through the performance and reengineering of a number of operational processes, a successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities to support computation & settlement of interest and restructure overall client cash collateral management. The role will involve close partnership and interaction with a wide range of areas, including Credit Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Sales, Trading, Risk Management, and other Operations Departments. As a result, the successful candidate will be required to possess strong communication & technical skills, ability to think quick and work under pressure as well as excellent client service.

Skills Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Strong motivation to succeed, both as an individual and as a team Control focused Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines Effective team player Problem solving and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong appreciation of client service Ability to deal with multiple complex issues at the same time while meeting client deadlines

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
