Operator - Assembler Position Summary The Operator - Assembler is responsible for operating and tending specified equipment and machines to create parts or products for the medical device industry. They are also responsible for quality checks, assembly, packaging, labeling and moving of product. Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 6:00 am-2:30 pm Monday - Friday Qualifications 1+ years of experience High School Diploma or equivalent Experience using a microscope Knowledge of clean room environment procedures and regulations Knowledge of machinery and equipment Ability to read and understand work instructions, prints, and IP's Knowledge of basic math concepts and skills Ability to read, comprehend, follow and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents Mechanical aptitude Dexterity and hand and eye coordination Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience in a cleanroom environment 2+ years of manufacturing experience Ability to read and understand blueprints What is it like to work at Cretex Medical? Pay Range USD $18.00 - USD $23.50 /Hr.Pay Range Details This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range. Company Benefits Pay Range Details: Operator Assembler I: $18.00-19.00 Operator Assembler II: $19.00-21.00 Operator Assembler III: $21.00-23.50This position is eligible for shift differential.
