Transitowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Williamsville is looking for an energetic, experienced Service Advisor for our fast paced service department.

Enjoy a 4-day work week!

Quick lube, tire retailer, or dealer experience preferred.

Good attitude important!

MUST BE Detail oriented , and have the ability to work with others.

The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in running an efficient and profitable shop. The position is located in Williamsville, NY with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all of our service customers

Utilize strong customer service skills to gather information from our customers and relay that information to the required individuals in our service team

Be responsible for providing our customers with updates as well as explaining what repairs will be required to their vehicles in a conscientious and professional manner
