Coordinates all processes, support, communication and documentation involved in transferring patients from one facility to another facility, as well as support physician consults. Transfer Coordinators also required to recognize and uphold all regulatory requirements, while simultaneously updating key stakeholders of timelines. Accurately enters all required data into EPIC database. Coordinates with Flight for Life for patient transports.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

3 years of experience in a healthcare related field with at least two years management experience

Entrepreneurial spirit and have the skills and to lead a small business

Have a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics

HS/GED required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field required

Physical Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Pay Range

$20.13 - $30.65 /hour
