As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and engage with visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to demonstrate agility, reliability, and teamwork while contributing to a welcoming environment for everyone on site.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying authorized personnel as required.

Support emergency response activities as directed, such as guiding individuals to designated areas or assisting first responders.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to provide information or assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
